I don't understand a word of this. I also wonder which words are capitalized in German. From what I can pick out, it seems random
Ich habe Deutsch in Hoch Schule und Universitat gestudiert, aber habe ich viele vergessen.
mostly Nouns are capitalized auf Deutsch, but the new spelling reforms mean that it might also be auf deutsch--I really don't know for sure
Ich spreche Japanisch und ein bisschen Deutsch. Ich habe frueher im Schule Deutsch gelernt, aber leider habe ich viel vergessen. Jetzt lerne ich noch Deutsch und Russiche.
